Last Saturday morning, I had the honor of being a part of a panel on starting a solo law practice for Hamline Law’s “Business of Lawyering” class. The discussion including topics such as how you arrived at the decision to start your own firm, what’s most fulfilling about having your firm, what your biggest challenges are and several other topics. It was great to get to hear the four other attorneys on the panel share their experiences and tips, as well as get to mingle with some law students. (Especially law students who show up for class on a Saturday morning.)
